Set in the height of the depression era, three young boys escape boredom by seeking out danger and mischief. The oldest of the three takes a revolver from his father's shed along with a single bullet. He then rushes to the meeting place in the woods, near large fallen trees, where he meets up with the other two boys.
Boredom, three boys and a loaded revolver is a treacherous mix destined for misfortune.
